place to get 17mm spacer lugs

i bought a set of spacers and i am short a lug. the thread pitch is 12mm 1.25 and the out side is 17mm. they are not that long so that they will sit inside of the spacer. Anyone know of where i can get some. i have been to all the parts stores and a ghetto rim place and no dice. i live up in levitown, work in moorestown nj and have a shop in port richmond so anywhere around there will work.

nissan dealership its like 70 for the nismo lugs. you will not find it cheaper online... at least i coudnt

i believe arp sells extended studs that may work for you.
