Here is this year's caravan thread. This year, please ensure that you know where we are going. Pulling over on the side of the turnpike will not happen this year. EZPass is encouraged but not required but please be quick with the change. The turnpike authority will break a $100 if they need to but we won't be waiting the hour while the toll booth attendant counts the $98.55 in quarters out for you.

You guys can count me in on this caravan. Also, I have possibly a few other cars coming down with me, and it looks like you guys get onto the Turnpike before the Allentown rest area? If this is the case, We will be coming down 476 from the Scranton area, and would you guy mind pulling into the Allentown rest area to grab us so we could caravan down with you all?

If you want to roll with us, then get off the Allentown exit and meet up with us. You can always plan your arrival in Allentown as we are getting on the TP at approximately 9:35AM. We will be on channel 4.

The service plaza is 1.1 miles southbound on 476 after the get on exit for you guys. Why should me and my group have to pay to get off, and only to get back on when we can just stop of the service plaza and you guys stop there as soon as you get on?

yea i was gonna say i know for a fact you can get on at the allentown entrance and go to the service plaza.

Jack the front end up and go lock to lock a couple times. Check the fluid, fill if needed. Rinse/repeat. Its worked for me twice now. :)

Ummm if you drive to Allentown to meet us we are a half mile from the entrance to the turnpipke so you won't be doubling back at all.
