flames

This guy i know with a subaru shoots flames out of his tailpipe for some reason when throttleing the car (no its not from a cheesy flamekit or anything.....could have something to do with being catless). Do you pull him over for this, and if so, what actions do you take? Thank you Mr. Officer :thumbup:

p.s. What if its a New Jersey tagged car traveling in PA, or vice versa? Thanks.

That all depends on the cop that sees you..Im not exactly sure what ticket you would get, but i would try to lay off it out in the burbs and in jersy...
