Spotted a blue festiva w/ a fmic at the Harry's u-pull-it in Pennsburg.

Probably got a turbo 4 swapped in from a Ford Probe. But that car moved with that setup since a Festiva weighs nothing

The festiva are awesome, I dont know what youre talking about. I guess you could turbo a hatch and be like the rest of the 17 year olds that want to build a fast car for free.

a few years back i knew of a festiva that had a LS turbo swapped into it. it was sick!!

Haha I dont want to talk trash on hatch owners there are some crazy ones even though fwd isnt my thing. Its just that well 90% of hatch owners crack me up and its so cheap and easy to build one why not build something cool like a festiva or colt or something along those lines.

Thats funny you say free because the last time I checked the Festiva is pretty much free. Plus the civic is better built. The festiva is a POS.. It was designed to be a cheap beater...

Oh really? I'm not a honda guy but I do daily a swapped and turbo del sol.. I see many hatches on this form that would rape your car...

I dont see how one car is child's play considering it takes a lot of hard work and money to make it fast. Unless of course you think 17 year old kids with an intake and exhaust are fast...


I suppose you would rather have a turbo geo metro hatch back since its light and cheap too...

I will once again say dime a dozen turbo hatch or turbo festiva turbo festiva is way cooler. If all I cared about was going fast for cheap id buy a fox body or ls1 camaro sometimes being different is worth it.

lol don't get defensive. and i am a honda guy. i've personally owned/swapped/built/tuned enough hondas (FI or N/A) that i had to get out of the honda scene. working on a honda is not hard lol. i could do it in my sleep. you don't need alot of money to turbo a honda. you can go HMT, be fast and cheap.

and where did i say they're not fast? lol dude, relax.
