Speed limit in a construction zone

I'm a little unsure about what speed to go in a construction zone on 95 for example if its off hours from construction say a Saturday or Sunday morning. I always slow down to 45 or so in the construction zone while everybody around me is blowing my doors off and going 60 minimum. I just get into the right lane and try to maintain near the zone speed limit as much as possible. Is the speed limit in effect even during off hours? Also, do you recommend going with traffic or just staying in the right lane and going close to the construction zone speed limit?

i dont work the highway so i never deal with this. so the best bet for you is to go with traffic if its off hours, cus if your going too slow and everyone else is flying by you may cause an accident
