I heard about this before but i wanted your input on this.
I have heard that if an unmarked police car is attempting to pull you over to go to a well lighted area and if you are nervous to call from a cell phone *677 and tell the dispatcher where you are and that an unmarked cop is attempting to pull you over and they will be able to tell you if 1. it is a legit unmarked car and 2. to be able to relay (if it is a real cop) that you are looking for a well lighted area to pull over
I drive to philly alot on my own and would like to know if this is legit,. ( would ask my dad , philly cop, but there are issues there. )
