i have a question its non car related.
If a 17 year old girl takes a kids sandal and hides it then brings it back to a kid and he proceeds to spit in her face multiple times and she hits him and this kid (hes 20 years old) punches her closed fist in the eye... what is the standard procedure?
we called the local authority and he wrote a few words on a piece of paper not even a legit note pad... he took down the girls name didnt take my name didnt take any witness's names and he said that the kid can press charges against my cousin for taking the shoe or some crap like that and he was like ok ill go by his house tomorrow and have a talk with him... he never went and i know this because this kid lives across the street. he also made verbal threats against the girl and my full family and our property. the officer seemed like he wanted nothing to do with it.
