long story short....car ran normal, all of a sudden i have no power, smooth accel but just no power. next day i sart the car its normal. i replace the fuel filter. (very dirty) still lost pressure. replaced the FPR and checked fuel pumps and related fuel items. hooked up a FP gauge and it was good. good untill i rev it above 3,500 full throttle. it cuts....just no power no hesitation or anything just blah no power. sawpped ECUs and did the same thing. im completely lost now........

sounds like possibly the filter in the fuel tank or the fuel pump is taking a crap

Are the pumps inline, or parallel draw?
If one of the inline pumps takes a crap, or has stuff in it, it will create a parasitic load on the other pump.
