can i get pulled over???

okay today i was on I95 going towreds PA, im in hope well when i see a Ford expadtion cross the median with the police lights on adn comes onto my side. i am in the middle lane dowing about 75-80 i slow down and get in the middle lane right as hes coming over. i continue driving about back at 75-80 mph and hes way back. i get in the right lane and contuinue my speed, he gets in the middle lane and just drives, abouit 2 miles letter i get into the middle lane agine and contiue driving, he gets in the right lane and stayes driving, i go past the wecome to PA sign on I-95 and keep driving hes still behind me. about 3-5 miles into PA i get stoped by the expadition. he come up to me and says he got me doing 90mph WTf! when where. i swa him the whole time why would i speed!!!! any way he gives me a 90 in a 65 mph zone... this was about 10-15 miles after hopewell!!!!

my question is can he pull me over in PA? he had NJ plates and the ticket was from hopewell. can he do this?? i was not doing 90 mph!!!!..

thats it im getting riid of the Z i just keep getting pulled over for nothing! its a cop magnite !!!

from what i got from your grammer .. It seems like you were speeding when he saw you the first time.. he did a u-turn got behind you and stopped you just after u crossed the state line.....He wrote you for the infraction he witnessed in NJ so its legal.. if he tried to stop you for something you did after your crossed the state line that would'nt fly..If you want to fight it, you can question the fact that he waited a while to stop you and you were in PA.. or you can play it safe and plead guilty and try to just pay the fine and not get any points.. I would call a lawyer to get some better adivce..
