Street Racing Question

Let's say you happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, and you happen to run into some kids blocking the streets of Philadelphia street racing, where I dunno, but you get cought in the mix of all this. Now the person just happens to be driving a not so stock car and can be catagorized as a street racer with the outside modification one has. What are the penalties/tickets one could recieve? Would there car get towed? Would they get arressted?

If you are not caught racing you will get a 115.50 ticket for spectating the races.. Im not sure if they are towing for that, but if you are caught racing Im pretty sure they tow your car and you get some big tickets, none of the above gets you arrested unless you try to escape...
