Preregistration is up and is highly suggested as you don't need pre-pay, please preregister if you think there's a chance you'll be going to the event, it makes things so much simpler and faster at registration the morning of the event...

It's free to spectate as well so even if your car isn't ready for this much fun, come on out and check out some fast drivers doing their thing, hell if you want you can even come for the ride of your life in the Cobra :)

Preregister when you have a second Tim, it's easier on us if you prereg and then don't show vs. us having to input all your info the day of if you can make it :) Hope to see you out there brother, this will be my last South Jersey event of the year unless we set up a Winter Series ;)

I should make it to this one. Got my car 90% tuned now and the oil leaks are fixed so unless sh!t goes wrong in the interim I should be there....SSM this time!

Be there by 8-8:30 to register.

You messed up on the class though. I think you should be in F stock and not F mod ;)

I didn't know registration was up. I set it to open on the 4th, and apparently, it's been open for a few days. Not sure what's up with the site, but I'm just glad it works!

Definitly want to attend, just waiting too hear if I have a gig that day or not. Also has my time run to get the cheaper membership?

Once you're an SCCA member you'll pay the cheaper $35 registration, hopefully you kept your pink slip from the last event which will get you $15 off your SCCA membership, this next time you can save your pink slip again to get another $15 off your SCCA membership.

I was hoping to get out at least once this year, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working in my favor.

There's always next year, I guess. Best of luck to you all, at least you don't have that noob in a red spec civic toasting all our times this year :P

I'm pretty sure I am going to go. AutoX virgin here. :)

I'm not sure what class I should register for though. The class info isn't listed on the site or I'm just blind...most likely the latter.

my car/mods 05 Legacy GT...stock turbo/brakes (other than pads), full turbo back exhaust, springs, upgraded clutch, upgraded top mount IC, and all-seasons lol

OK I got my registration in. Posted it up on the Legacy forums and a couple guys that normally run at the E-Town events may be coming.

Question though...it asked for my pax so I put novice (since this is my first auto-x ever)...did I just completely noobify myself? Are there going to be warning sirens and a huge perimeter when the noobies are on the course? lmao

Tose of you who go regularly know me and my fiance Alexa. I will not be able to attend this event as I will be at an Evo School that day. This brings up another issue. My car will be with me at said school so Alexa needs a car to drive at the event. If anyone is interested in letting her co-drive It would be greatly appreciated. We would chip in towards gas and tire wear

Tension builds as the event approaches, Andre will be at another event so Craig and I will be handling the course design... you can expect a fast slalom section and some nice sweepers but the rest I'll keep a secret :)

By chip in you mean a new clutch and tires, right?

she wont launch someone elses car lol... a big part of her launching the way she did was Matt egging her on. She was launching like a sane person at the philly even last weekend

What do they do in the event of r**n? I didn't want to say that word, but the forecast doesn't look good.

if it rains a few things happen... 1, you get wet... 2, your car gets wet... 3, you dont wear out your tires as much.... 4, you slide a lot more, and finally 5, Ciotti makes it look like a drift event...

Ciotti

If it rains you get 8 accelerated lessons in car control and the chance to figure out how hard you really can push your car in the wet, most people tip toe around in the rain and if someone pulls out in front of them they bury the brake pedal into the carpet and slam into them with all 4 wheels locked. After even just one day of autocrossing in the wet you'll realize that cars handle amazingly well in the wet as long as you are gentle with your inputs and don't shock the tires.

Other than that, just bring a poncho and you'll be good to go :)

I won't be locking up my brakes...they don't work! I'll probably be in SM with a stock automatic Civic.
