JSC Speed currently has career opportunities available; please send in your resume and cover letter. We are in Montgomeryville PA (near the mall) so please make sure you are in our area before submitting your resume.
Must be able to work 1pm to 10pm shift weekdays. JSC Speed is only looking for staff interested in long term employment and a non-compete contract is required to work for JSC.
Benefits include Medical/Dental (after 3 months) & 401k (after 6 months) after a trial period. Compensation includes base salary and can start anywhere between 20-40k. After 6 months, when sales people formally join the staff, you are given sales targets and start earning bonuses.
Retail Sales Staff:
We are looking for a motivated sales person with good organizational skills and work ethic that is willing to learn (and work late, which is needed). The job requires taking phone sales, providing post-sale support, covering forums, doing web work, and offering tech support. Experience in sales is recommended but not required. We can train new sales staff from the ground up. Strong car knowledge is not a prerequisite but work ethic and willingness to learn and listen are a must.
Web Site Builder:
The job requires html & php coding, Photoshop work, and some data entry, Experience with websites is required. JSC speed codes their own site using html & php, we do not use a program like X-cart or Front Page. All company employees learn how to do site work and every one works on the site on a weekly basis. We currently add 20-30 new pages to our site every week but we are looking for one person who can do that them self. We will train anyone capable how to code our site.
Ideally we are looking for one person who can code and will transition into a sales person or a strong seller who can learn to code.
