I can't even remember how many times I've tried to search for a thread on here, and not been able to find it.
I was looking for "the Official MMA thread", I type in "MMA" first, then "UFC" into the search query, and it comes back w/ no results. R U serious? MMA is in the title, and UFC is rampant throughout the thread.
What gives with this search feature?? Its annoying, cuz then you get crap for posting a thread without searching.
I agree about this search deal. If i type in "Proof i love bacon more" into the advanced thread search, highlighted for off-topic search, it will be on page 7, when most of the thread title, and that phrase is posted through out the thread. I also just typed "Whatever thread" into the quick search with no results. Apparently, according to our search function, the most used (and useless) thread on tst, that i post in regularly, doesnt exist.

Also you cannot find "UFC" or "MMA" because they are only 3 characters, and the system will not let you search for a string that short.
Alright, i forgot about the titles thing. but why is that it that, if i was to search Bacon, the thread that has bacon in nearly every post and the title, found pages and pages deep in the results?
