my name's Mario and i brought my blue MS3 in two saturdays ago. it was an hour+ drive but i've heard good things so i felt confident you guys wouldn't let me down. I stepped in and out in less than an hour so you guys did a quick job. I didn't want to bring this up until i knew it wasn't part of the curing process.

middle of the rear driver side window. i can run my finger down and feel the scratch.

it looks fine from the outside but i don't know what to say, maybe i'm picky :o what would it cost to get this fixed?

if the problems are our fault which it looks like on the first 2 pics, just give a call and we fix it...sadly we arent perfect and things do happen...as far as the chip and scratch, i will have to look at those to determine what happened...tint, while scratch resistant isnt scratch proof. same with the rip..people sometimes when loading stuff into the car or shutting the hatch lets things hit the windows..it can rip or tear or mar the tint. But we do stand behind our workmanship.

wow i am so sorry SOG for not updating this.

I had these looked at by SOG a week or 2 ago and they were professional about it. he explained a few things and how these flaws might of happened. they didn't make excuses and fixed it quickly. they look great now, thanks!
