Just picked up a set of Yokohama wheels from him and they are just like he described. He was very helpful in getting the wheels. He sent pics when requested, responded to PM's in a timely manner. Dealing with him was a very easy and overal a good experience. Once he got payment the wheels where sent the next day and I saw them 3 days later.
THANKS Z-ROC!!!!!!
I bought the wheels on RX7club.com and he sells rare parts and wheels from Japan. From what I can tell he sells on other forums also.

So they went from 1350 to 850? Nice!
If he drops those Work Equips by $500 or more I might be interested... :)

Yeah I thought it was a good deal. The lips where oxidized but some elbow grease and some polish and they look great! Now I get to look at them sitting here for the next few months for the winter.
Those Work Equips are nice! They are the perfect offset and size, well for my car atleast. That was the whole reason for me to get new wheels. I wanted to go 9's out back to be able run up to a 265 tires.

265s on your car would look sweet.
I've got a set of the optional factory 16x8 F and 16x9 R wheels for my car, but it's getting harder and harder to find 16" performance tires. So I've been hunting around for 17" wheels. I'd like either 5 spoke Equips or Veilside Andrews with a nice deep lip.
Another great spot to look for used JDM rims is http://www.rbmotoring.com. They've got a really nice selection that is constantly changing.

I almost bought a clean set of Work Equips for a $1000 from them, but I ended up going with the Advans. Some Andrews would look good on your car also and I don't think I've ever seen a set here around this area.
Here's another good site for wheels:http://www.takumiproject.com/
