Ok, since everyone is gettin thrown SES light's with the AEBS header. I figured I'd bring this post back to life with proper instructions.

How to install the Caspers Electronics O2 simulator.
This simulator will allow you to run with an aftermarket converter or no converter at all.
NOTE: The simulator only simulates the oxygen signal, not the heater signal. (all import o2 sensors use a heater to help get the sensor to opperating temp. sooner after start up) Therefore the O2 sensor must still be installed in the exhaust pipe somewhere.

The O2 simulator is available from:

Caspers Electronics
1333 Wilhelm Rd.
Mundelein, IL 60060
Phone: (847) 247-0484
Fax: (847) 247-0483

Part # 104051
Price $49.00 + $6.00 shipping

The tools required for this install are;
1. Test light or meter
2. Wire cutters/strippers
3. Soldering iron, solder
4. Shrink Wrap and /or tape
5. Zip ties

Steps for installation

1. Locate the wireing harness for the second O2 sensor. It should be on the right side of the motor towards the front.
2. Locate the grey plug that connects the sensor to the harness.
3. Pull the wire covers back to expose the wires on both sides of the plug
4. There are four wires, notice that the wires are not the same color going into the plug that they are coming out.
5. Locate the black wire on the O2 sensor side of the plug. On the computer side this wire is white. This will be the only wire you have to cut.
6. Cut this white wire leaving enough to work with.(six inches or so past the plug)
7. The Casper unit has three wires on it(red, black, and purple)solder the purple whire to the white wire that you just cut. Make shure you are soldering it to the plug side not the sensor side, as this purple wire is the one that sends the signal to the somputer.
8. Now locate the grey wire on the O2 sensor side of the plug. DO NOT CUT this wire, instead only strip off the insulation on a small section(a half inch should do)
9. Solder the black wire on the casper unit to this grey wire.
10. Locate the white wire on the O2 sensor side that is blue and red on the computer side(NOTE there are two white wires be shure you have the correct one)
11. Once again strip the insulation off a small section, and do not cut this wire.
12. Solder the red wire on the casper unit to this striped section of the white wire.
13. Shrink wrap all soldered connections, the wrap it all with tape te enshure it stays dry.
14. Zip tie the casper unit to the harness
15. turn the key on and check that the led on the unit is flashing.
16. Drive

It takes about 2 weeks worth of driving for your computer to shut the SES light off without getting your computer reset. I'd recomend getting the computer reset to show you it is working right away, I actually started to worry this mod was pointless until last night..

Oh and thank you IBLIS for posting this up on b15sentra. i figured i'd put it up here for the TST fella's
