ok i rewired my fog lights so they can be independent from my headlights. basically i did this so i can drive with just my parking lights and fogs on. is this legal? ive been pulled over 2 times for it but never in my home town. and i watch my towns cops drive by and do nothing.

If a cop wants to be a dic he'll ticket you, because they are not DOT head lights .. just keep this in mind.. anything aftermarket is iffy

If so, then I would imagine you could be ticketed for driving wihout headlights since fogs are not headlights. However if you're driving like that during the day, I don't see how they could ticket you for that unless your wipers are on (Wipers On, Lights On Law)

its not aftermarket. it came on the car straight from ford. and yea i do this at night. i see trucks do it all the time so why cant i haha. its enough light for me. and its not like ppl cant see me coming.
