Dark Blue EK

I saw it at the gas station across from BK in Levittown.
And another Integra with the hood popped and a girl was driving it. Did the Teg break down?

The EK was a dark colored.
-2000 Front End
-Fog Light
-Clear corners?
-Black Rotas I think.
-Was not low at all.

Any one know him?
