Ok, little explanation.
I can turn my phone into a wireless router. I've been doing so for over a year now to browse the internet on my laptop. Today, I can no longer go to one specific website.

Yes, I know it will load for you. Running it on my laptop, I will get the black background and all, and then once it adds the phpbb3 on the end, it says the connection was interrupted.
The site loads fine on my phone, but will not load on either of my 2 browsers on my laptop. (firefox and IE).
I have gone to this website every day for months on end. Today is the first time this has happened. Obviously, this site loads fine and so does every other site. Sixthsphere will also load on my phone's browser, but still not on my laptop.
Can't ping it (timeout), and tracerts have 12 timeouts.
I've tried rebooting the phone, rebooting the computer, flushing the DNS...what the hell could be the problem?
No proxy.
