wheel balanced

well i need to get my rims and tires balanced. the car is shaking a bit. This just started when i but the new wheels on. So what kind of a price can i look at for this and where would be a good place to go? if anyone does it in NE Philly let know.

normally it like 10-15 bux a wheel
