Lol yeah that was me and my future wife (march 11 wedding) at the small table. I was sitting there and I should have came over and said something but next time I sure will, I was going to park in between the 2011 Wrx and the 07 Sti and you guys would have never have known it was mine.
I'm very sorry been about your tire situation at least you don't have a set of 18in rims to get tires for. You have to think a bit positive if you told me you buy tires every 2mo and I didn't know you I would think of 1of2 thing he's got a serous alignment problem or that cars making a ton of power and with a 30r I wouldn't want to race you

I will say this I just ditched the 35r and went with something smaller that will make more power than my last setup everyone seen me with and now the car is stroked so this year I will be going after the gtr again ftw. I also ditched the 2.0 in lue of a 2.3 and what a difference. With the same power mods I went from 480whp 360wtq @28 w/meth on 2.0 to 520whp 450wtq @27 no meth 2.3 ftw

Sure did! I'm gonna have a bunch of new goodies for the next time we go out to the autoX. Master cylinder brace, bigger rear rotors / pads, lighter rear end, rear diff bushings, subframe lockdown kit, new tires, fender braces, and hopefully a tune. I'm excited!

If you guys do start a meet out there just watch out who you invite...it can definitely ruin your meets quick if a few bad apples show up.

IMO -the two best places to have a Saturday meet would be either 5Guys in Bethlehem off Airport Rd - the parking lot is large enough to hold at least 50+ plus the 5Guys manager doesn't have a problem with us being there as long we keep it clean or 5Guys in Stroudsburg (10+ parking spots), As for the other places - Sonic off 33 & Airport Rd - limited parking, Cluck-U the same limited parking..

Update: There is a meet at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley every Saturday starting on March (26th) at Red Robin.. the rain date is the day after.

Well here is what I was thinking about this since dome people like myself dont have to work Sunday's, we have alot more time to chat it up with people and admire each others money pits i mean works of rolling art.
We could possibly meet at the Loews parking lot at 8p just like any normal meet after a set time like 9p sharp we could all take a small cruise to five guys in s-burg to fill up on food. After we could take the cruise back to the Loews lot to chill and relax till people disburs and go home.
Every week can be a different spot to eat like bk,md and even Perkins can be a possibility, as long as the parking is sufficient enought to accommodate all vehicles. As for the five guys it's pretty obvious the parking isn't on part with what we need, but with a huge lot across the way I can make the small walk across the street.
This is just an idea I think may be an ok one but lmk what you guys think.

Funny you said that, there was board meeting during the summer 2010, someone wanted to open a White Castle in S'Burg, but was denied to open one up in the area, rumor has it, if WC was to open one up it would have made S'burg a "Lower Class" community.. because 90% of all WC are located in poor communities..

The parking garage idea is cool but unless you get verbal consent from whoever is in charge of the garage...you'll most likely be kicked out. I'm guessing 5 guys dosent own the whole parking garage?

Another idea is a meet in the farthest lot behind the Sands motel or the top deck of the Sands parking garage. If we get asked to leave we'll just move our meet into the casino? This would kinda screw over anyone younger then 21 though. At least their will be tons of cops around to keep the ricers from doing burnouts etc.

Just throwing some ideas out there...let me know what you think.

If you guys start to meet in the bartonsville lowes on sat please make sure you speak with lowes management first for the OK. I got the OK for monday meets with them since its one of their slowest business nights and around 8 they get ready for closing time. Don't want to annoy them with taking up their lots on a sat and them scrapping monday also.

We usually stay at the meet until somewhere around 11. This week I think most people left around 10:30 because of the weather. If you're just driving by the parking lot it might be a bit misleading because not all of us bring our cars every week. This week since I just washed / waxed my car I didn't bring my Subaru and ended up bringing my beater accord.

there is a new wing place and restaurant opening in Stroudsburg soon, the Wing King BBQ & Grill. The guy opening it used to do wing night at the Howard Johnson's on 611 in tville, but he's opening his own place. He's planning on opening May 1st. I can't wait to check it out. He's gonna have his special wing sauces 7 days a week. He comes into Turkey Hill all the time for coffee and cigs, so he gives us the inside scoop. We stopped going to HoJo's because of ****ty waitresses and he agreed with us.

This isn't the lowes meet any more. The Lowes meet that we started we turned into this monday night Red robin/random restaurant meet. Since We did lose permission from lowes to use the lot. The local strousburg kids didnt listen and continue to show up. Well post in here which location we are meeting at each week but the majority of the time we will still be at the Bartonsville Red Robin.

Amen Cody! The construction on 33 is terrible. My car dosent like it one bit.

As Hector (Probevette) said....we originally started the Monday meet in Bartonsville with the intention of it being a parking lot car meet. It was obvious after a few months into it that people can't be trusted in a parking lot without acting like complete morons. The problem wasnt with the known guys coming out....it was the random no-name people showing up trying to show off.

As of the last few months we've been "floating" to different locations every Monday at 8pm to continue our dinner meets with the reliable core guys who helped us start this great meet.

It sucks we can't have a "parking lot" meet but dinner meets are slightly more satisfying and you get to actually get to meet some cool people....not just look at their cars.

Anyone on TST is welcome to come join us...we usually have at least 10 people that show up and it's a great time. Anyone interested in coming out make sure you get me your phone number and I'll shoot you a text with the location.....occasionally it'll be posted in here.

Tonight we're going to be going out to Woody's in Easton at 8pm!

That would be cool but it would still be an hour drive for Scranton guys to meet up with us. Bartonsville was half way between Scranton and Allentown but then it was an hour for everyone....and the only consistent attendees come from Allentown area.
