that was a sweet game even though there werent any goals in regulation time or the overtime...so many hits....and the shootout was sweet too!!!!! flyers won 1-0

Actually stayed up for the replay last night. Didn't last through the third period, but damn! What a game! That Ben Eager sure likes to throw himself around.

Pitkanen being out 4-6 weeks is going to be tought but they'll manage. Anybody know anything about the guy the Flyers got from Chicago in return for Sharp?

Yeah they played 3 games more than the flyers and only have a 3 point advantage. They flyers are keeping right up with all of thier injuries.

i know this is all about hockey and i play hockey myself, but how soon we forget about the eagles. i know its a bad year and all the TO stuff but they are still the EAGLES. we are philadelphia and i think its great how some people stayed til the end of the game monday nite. back to the flyers, they are so much fun to watch. the younger guys are really gonna help this team now and in the future. GO FLYERS, GO BIRDS

well if irecall the rangers beat the flyers when the flyers players were all healthy :D

Not that i am a huge esche fan, i think hes good, but def not premire. but why would the flyers trade for another goalie. I think clarke has hitched the flyers wagon to nittymaki's potential star. I would like to see the flyers trade premeau for another playmaker/goal scorer of the smaller variety. They have alot of young talent but none have developed into legitamite goal scorers. The only person we have is forsberg, gagne is good but in my mind he has proved he needs forberg to carry him, without him hes a good 25 goal scorer.
