want to paint my steelies... getting bord of them and honestly cant afford anything else =/. anyone have any ideas on how or what kind of paint to use?

tape off the area you want to spray, scuff with a red scotchbrite pad, clean with prep spray, and spray the red. use duplicolor or similar wheel paint. if you can't find wheel paint in red, use any high temp red. clear it if you want or leave it matte looking.
it's an extremely simple process.

Rather then paint go to pep boys and grab some pin stripping. You have to have a steady hand but its worth it because if you dont like pull it off (less work too).
Or, go on ebay and search sport bike wheel trim, stripping, rings, and look for the size you have. They come "pre bent" in two half circles so its much easier. They come in different sizes so be sure to get the right size.
