After talking to Jeffro today at work about playing old school Goldeneye on N64, I was thinking it would be cool to pick a game and get a tournament going for some multiplayer action. I'm going to throw up some options for what game. If a game with online capabilities is chosen, I'd rather do this at someones house and just play it on split screen. Unfortunately, I won't be able to host this, so If anyone is interested in having a handful of us at your house, post up.

Also, I'd like to see someone make some money off of this, so I'd say a limit of 20 people, at $10 a head??? I'm sure everyone would like to play games for 3 hours in hopes of making $190.

So vote for the game you like most, and post up any comments. If It becomes a big deal, I'll make an upcoming events thread.

I voted other because I'm hooked on GT4 and I would race anyone in the same car. I'm not into old school cause I haven't played any of those games.

The I put Forza up just to hush some people early. The thing with racing games is that everyone will want to use their own car that they built. I like the idead of playing a shooter because the stats are even for everyone, it's just about how good you are. No character is better than another.

I'll challenge you on the side to proximity mines in the Complex with normal characters. :wink:
So much fun when a character dies 5 times instantaneously because all the start locations are mined. :rotfl:

Whatever it is, we're playing in person. None of that Xbox live **** (I don't have it yet haha). But I think it would be fun to all get together and whip ass while talking **** haha. If the idea of a tournament doesn't take off, I say we just get 2 tv's in someones house and get Goldeneye going on one and Halo or Halo 2 on the other.

Both ways, you can play like a newb with other newbs and have fun (c stickin', yo). Or you can play like my friends where I have trouble following what's happening on the screen, let alone reacting to it.

idk halo 2 is my game.. ill just have to no scope u a few time to get u to belive me i guess. haha, or maybe assassinate you once or twice.. with ease.. :cool:

Would be easier to do it on xbox live. I know it was made mention before of having it in person but is anyone able to host alot of people. my place is to small plus have a little one running around hitting the power button wouldn't go over real well......
