Black Metal flake S14 on Cedar Crest Blvd.

Around 9:30 AM kitted black metal flake s14. Gold rims and looked like a chrome lip. Grown Man fittment was evident! Car also looked like it had a full cage in it; I could see the cross bar through the tints. Car sounded mean.
