D series trans capacity

Im going to change my trans fluid this weekend with honda mtf. I need to know how much mtf the d series trans can hold. i figured its 3 quarts but i want to be sure.

we sell Motul 10w-40 gear lube...specifically made for Honda trans if u are interested.

Not sure about d series but B series trans take roughly 2.5 quarts...im sure d series is similar

Rich, just use Honda MTF. Fill it up til it spills out the fill hole. 2 qts is all you need.
