Redirecting back to User CP?

It only happens every so often, but sometimes when I open my User CP and click on "Go to new post" or "Go to last page" of my subscribed threads, it loads the User CP page again, but the URL bar has the URL of the thread I clicked on. Not that it's important, but when this happens, the swear filter also doesn't work on my the "**** you thread" title. It shows up without being filtered.. and that only happens when this happens:
