Well this morning at 3:45 I got into an accident. A semi wanted my lane and I tried to avoid the whole thing but it didn't work. To make matters worse the cop gave me the ticket and not the semi driver. So, I have a $91 ticket that I have to go to court about on the 29th to fight. But here are some pics from the accident

Next will probably be a gen2 DSM.

The ticket was for driving on the shoulder and unsafe speed. But I'll be fighting that on the 29th of December. I'm alright, just my left shoulder is a little sore.

Sorry to hear Eric!!! i talked to Tabitha earlier and i am glad you are ok and that her and the kids were not with you @ the time! Now i am trying to convice Tabitha that you should get her the SAAB wagon!!!! Glad you are ok and that the turbo and everything is alright. Sell it and buy the 1st gen!!! yeah i am gonna go against tabitha on the 2nd gen! Keep us updated with the insurance and anything else that happens!

I pretty much have every thing out except the wideband controller , the harness for the SAFC-II and AVCR and the fuel pump which I'll be pulling tomorrow morning. This sucks I just put all the crap on 2 months ago.

that really really sucks.. i know a guy who smashed his spec V into a tree a month after he got it.. but yea what did the truck drive have to say about it?

That sucks in the worst way man. Be thankful though, most run-in's with semi's at speed don't end so well.

The trucker never said anything to me. Thanks for all of the concerns for me. Hopefully I'l have a new car by spring.

The insurance will pay the car off but I'm done with FWD.
