cost of pa inspection and questions

I know some of you work at shops might know this.

I have two questions. I currently am at school in Chester county but my car is registered in Montgomery county. Do i have to take it to a place in Montgomery county?

I have a broken parking brake Cable? Is it included in the test? Its really quite useless.

What is the running cost for inspections/emissions

Answer 1... You should be able to get your car inspected anywhere in PA
Answer 2... As useless as it is, a working parking break is required to pass an inspection test, although it is often gone unnoticed depending on the Shop, also some shops may be leanient on it depending on who they are, but legally it MUST work
Answer 3.. At our shop Inspection is 52.95 and Emissions is 27.00 PASS OR FAIL
