Black EVO w/Perrin FMIC, Slammed, Gold Advans in Doylestown

Driving home from a buddies house, saw a black wingless EVO parked in Doylestown with a Perrin FMIC, what looked like to be gold Advan RGII's in a sick aggressive offset, lowered, exhaust, etc...

Car looked amazing, and i thought i might have seen it on here before?
