Okay, so my dad owns a '73 Pontiac Gto, and he's planning on rebuilding it from the ground up in a few months. Ive searched and haven't really found anywhere that has parts catalogs or even parts. I've found two online sources but its small stuff.
Maybe i'm not searching correctly or what. but if anyone could help out it would be great.

Check Here (https://www.dormanproducts.com/cgi-bin/vm91corp30r/class_search.w?clt=hwrap1&sid=siMzqabaRFvkaaif009586354991414517&tid=41473)

I used to work for them. They are all about making sure that older cars have parts they need. You might at least be able to find SOME stuff.

Hmmmm there is a place we used for both our 65-66 mustangs...Let me find out if they do GTO's also...might be a huge help because i got 85% of the resto parts from them

You can checkout Original Parts Group. http://www.opgi.com/ 73 and 74 GTOs are the hardest years to find parts for. I wish you guys luck on your search.

What are you guys looking for? Body panels, drivetrain, suspension, etc?

I'm sure there has to be a dedicated GTO forum somewhere. Maybe they have a for sale section?

wasnt the 73 gto the same body as the 73 nova? if so most stuff would be interchangeable. and probably a lot easier to search that way

Well, I currently have a 312-8. My neighbor gave me a 655 when I was 11 years old. Plowed snow for years with that thing. I had a suburban that I sold. I bought another 655, and I think my nephew still has it in Manayunk. Now my father in law has me into bigger machines. We are currently wrapping up a Minneapolis Moline resto.
