After putting on the rack bushings and steering shaft, the the steering wheel alignment was way off. I didnt think it was that bad but the rag joint was toasted, I need an alignment now since the old one was done with the huge play in the steering wheel

Got a ford mustang 2002 GT. A few minor boltons and is my daily driver for now. Will become drag car in future, just keeping N/A. My camaro is my drag car for the bracket events.

Even though this is a Ford thread I'm going to post my camaro. More of a Chevy person. That is my friend's fox body.

If I can't sell my civic and get a mustang by then I'm going to the performance and style show with my civic. A bunch of us stay at the roadway inn. Absolutely huge parties. We tend to have a bit more fun at the hotel's than at the show. Last couple of years were pretty dull. Hopefully this year will be more entertaining.

hmm I'll have to look into those bushings. Do either of you have a K-Member too? I'm trying to get a nice road setup going on my Mach.

Right now my suspension consists of FRPP C springs, and Cobra 17x9 10th anniversaries. I'm looking in to Control arms, struts/shocks and swarr bar.

No K here.

One of the cheaper/better choices I recommend is you buy:

Weld-in full length subframes
Dampers to match your C springs (something like tokico blues will do fine)
MM or J+M LCA's

You go with urethane end links and swaybar bushings in the front, and alumiunim center hole steering racks bushings

That should set you up better

A panhard bar would nice if you got more money to spend

SpeedOfSound

I've heard the Mach1 struts do well with them, but I'm looking for a new set of Bullitt's but they seem to bee sold out everywhere.

I think most the Mach1's bushing are already urethane, thats what I'm assuming with the fact they are blue.

I have FLSFCs and alum DS on my list for my next round of mods, I'm trying to find a good set of Control arms too.

Full length subframe connectors would be a big help. If I had the money I would defintly be putting them on there.

MM's or J+M's. I would say J+M's since they are of similar design since he helped make the MM ones. The tube is thicker as well, and they are cheaper.
