Best place in NJ area to buy wheels?

This is for a friend of mine who doesn't feel comfortable with doing online transactions. When he asked me, I had no clue since I always bought my wheels online. Anyone know of a place that sells good wheels around here?

as far as wheels go, i mean look shops that sell parts for whatever car it is, find a local one and go there in person. what kind of car does he have

theres a wheel shop off of rt 73 heading towards tacony bridge. right before rt 73 splits for tacony and betsy ross bridge. its on the right hand side with a green awning.

idk if theyd have wheels for him but i know tire connections in vineland had a **** load of jdm style wheels when i went.
