Blue M3, Exhaust, BBS's?

We "met" on rte. 202 in West Chester(black on black MS3). I think it's someone on here, but not sure.

Possibly the M3 from Millaracing? Laguna blue with deep-dish wheels, black w/ Laguna Blue lip? That or maybe it's BSaint, I think he just got a blue E46

It wasn't the millaracing one. It was an older model than that. i wish i could call out a year but I'm ignorant to BMWs.

It was probably Bsaint. He drives a "light" blue '97 M3 with 18" silver wheels that I suppose could pass for BBS's. They are actually a BMW Factory wheels known as CSL's.
