Picked this car up from my cousin because I wanted a 5spd daily driver even though I hate VW's with a passion. Its a '96 Jetta with a Golf front end. Runs pretty smooth though. Has some sort of spring/strut combo and a K&N. Did I mention that I hate VW's? If anyone wants to make an offer sometime go for it haha.

I love the way VW's look, but hate everything else about them all the way down to the lugnuts. But more power to you for having offers on it already.

I don't have the title yet. As for the car right now its having some starting issues. The starter (I think) went so I replaced it. It started normally like 3 times after I replaced it and now it won't start again. I'm gonna look over the grounds/wires tomorrow to make sure I put them on right. Unless its the ****ty Duralast starter that failed after three times. The only thing wrong body wise is the driver side door is dented up. The car has 206k miles on it but runs/shifts really smooth and is actually pretty clean. Not sure if its the original motor or not though.

I would get some "old school" rims with a very low offset and slam that itch.

Just don't turn into a VW guy who think's his car is far superior the Jap cars.
