Blue Bugeye and Black RSX on Route 73.

This afternoon on 73 i see a bugeye with blackwheels and blue lip running along side a black rsx with black wheels. Both cars were very clean.

I saw a black rsx type-s with black painted stock wheels coming out of loews theater tonight in CHill....possibly the same guy? There was no bugeye around it though.
