A twelve-year-old boy was at the center of a Philadelphia courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge awarded custody to his aunt, keeping with child custody law and maintaining family unity. The boy then proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy claims that they also beat him. After learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among this family, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him. After two recesses, the judge granted temporary custody to the Philadelphia Eagles- whom the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.

Half way through the story I was starting to get the impression this boy deserved it....

Till I realized it was just a joke, lol.

This was cut and pasted from the other forum where I posted this initially, lol.

I'm sure he's got a way with women, too. Sandra, what's up with your boy?

I didn't say boyfriend. I was referring to your military buddy above who needs to use his frontal lobe a little better to filter....

Oh? I have no clue, so now we are being stereotypical? Just because we are in the same military (different branches) he is my boy? I see how you roll...j/k

I guess he was just expressing how not funny the joke was.

i think it was a poor way to express his dislike for the joke. I didn't say it was funny i was just offering it up.

While it was in poor taste, everyone immediately knew what he meant.

I wasn't making of fun of what happened to the Jewish people during World War II.
I toured two former concentration camps while I was in Europe and I certainly dont condone the Nazi's actions.
