One of my friends Felicia will be turing 18 on Dec 1st and recieving money from when she was bitten by a dog when she will little. She is looking for a decent 4cyl, Automatic car for under 8K. She really like to keep it around 6500-7K. She said she likes the Integra and Celica. Low miles would be nice. Let me know what you guys have out there.

She could find a bunch of integra's for that price range on autotrader. Civic, Hyundai accent or elantra, toyota corolla, Nissan Sentra, mazda 3, chevy cavalier, ford focus, and a bunch of others :)
