Ok, many of you on this site do not know me personally due to the fact that i just started posted here again...
Anyway, most know im selling my Spa s2000 for hopes of buying a White on next year. So do you guys see me in a white s2000, or should i just take the plunge and get something else?
I looked at Evo's hardcore, and their just not for me...I need a two door car thats clean and sexy. Supras are getting way to much $$$ anymore, and im not going to bust my ass just so i can make the monthly payment for an NSX.
I can always get a civic and convert it into some beast, but i still feel the s2000 is the car made for me.
Plus i also have a ton of aftermarket stacked up in the house for an s2000. so what you guys think? I think this is more a vent than anything.

loved the yellow S... it sounds like the car for you. unless you want a G35c or something like that, i'd stick with the S2K.

Frank...
I'm your friend and I will be honest.
You have almost $15k worth of S2000 aftermarket parts in your basement.
Why the **** would you change from the S2000 at this point in time?
The S fits your size perfectly. Don't be a dope.
Get the white S2k, the Spoon front end, Mugen hardtop and then get the Ek hatch later.

g35 is more of a social car IMO...it just states you have $$$, even though their not that expensize.
More than anything im sticking with the s2k, i guess im just antsy because its not sold yet :(

You should try for Modified Mag before HondaTuning.

modified focuses on FI cars...most of their layouts are of Turbo cars...its very hard to get an N/A car in Modified...
I could get into Import Tuner. i know what parts i need to make it into that, but i wold be going against all my style to get into that...id have to rice the s2000 out with vinyl...
will see mang, ill be the 1st and only white s2000 with a spoon front hopefully

I looked into a S2k and a NSX before I got the suby. I found a 91' or 92' white NSX @ that Autorotica (or something) place on Street Rd. for around $30k with 40000 on the od. The payments weren't a problem, but I needed 4 doors and if you are under 25, insurance would kill you.
If you have $15k of parts for the S2k, why not get the S2k? If you are willing to drive out here, my friend's father works @ a Honda dealership and can get them for cost. I think he still works there...

My grandparents lived in SJ before moving back to Philly. They got caught in 2 floods in Pennsauken and moved to Cherry Hill (near People's Pizza(?)).
I'll call him this week and see what he can do.

Dude, here is what you do.
A.) you get the S2k next year.
B.) in the mid term, get a cheap ass miata, and drive the piss out of it.
My plan right now is to get my truck running for the winter, and next spring, pick up a miata as my daily driver for the summer commuting to work and such.
you will then have two roadsters, your every day one, and your superfly one.

Beware of Red Tape.
There are a few cars that I would like to import.
But the all the red tape and cost really isn't worth the hassle.

Francesco might fit but Cliff I'm wondering if your in the same boat as me. I just test drove one recently and I quickly realized my frame doesn't fit in that car anymore. Maybe 10 years ago it was fun to drive around in one and there were no problems but now my arms are squished in between the door and center console. I personally don't think I'm all that wide so I guess the miatas are just really too small for me now.

Going from an S2000 to a Civic would be considered a serious downgrade.

I had the pleasure of driving Kill-Bill's on the 'Cliff Davis automotive world destruction tour 2k5' (that is where every car I drove for a few months ended up breaking). I fit pretty fine...although i am certainly not small, i'm not too broad, just a lot of 'middle', so i slide in fine...much better than I do in the Corbeaus in my buddies 83 rabbit (aka the kidney slicer).
