vinyl cutter/plotter for paint masks anyone have one?

any body on here have a vinyl cutter/plotter and able to make me some letter masks for my tail lights i gotta spray the delaminated(damn 80's gm) part of em and i need the letters perfect anyone able to do this?

wait, are the letters painted on? if you're trying to re-color the letters just vinyl them on.

no on my car the letters and the actual spot the brake lights shine through are clear and thats what i need to mask off. the tails are 2 pieces one said says pon the other says tiac and theres alot of black around the letters and brake light openings that almost always delaminates on these cars so the only fix besides buying new lenses(300$ for just the lenses!) is to spray the outside black over the delaminated part and clear the whole lense. im going to go with a one peice panel with 2 4" led's on each side looks like vette tails but at this point i cant afford to spend 300 bucks for a cosmetic part.
