Anyone have a hookup on radiator repair? I have a hole in it and need it re-cored. Anyone do this or know someone who can hook it up at a decent price?

I'm going this week to my local shop for a quote, but I thought I'd ask first

Is it a pinhole? They have an epoxy for that. It works well too. I had three pinholes in my last jeep radiator.

More than a pinhole I think, was prolly fixed before because its a bad leak and only started leaking after I flushed the radiator out.

Can anyone help? :prayer:

If you have to replace it, might as well upgrade.

Most good-quality aftermarket radiators (before being modified) for my car are in the $$400-500 range, then have to be modified for the transmission/oil lines, so I think I can spend that money in better areas first...

My first car was an 86 Accord Hatchback, and the drain plug hole on the radiator stripped out, so i took it to this craphole radiator shop and the guy soldered a penny over the hole and was like "just give me 2 bux" hahahahaha, never had a problem after that, ha.
