Just caught a glimpse of the official release photos for Obama's Presidential Limo. Modlist includes: Kevlar-reinforced tires, night vision cameras, Wi-fi interned and 8inch armor plating. It also comes standard with a CIA trained driver. NEAT!

Well it says it is a 6.5l Diesel. It is most likely a GM made turbo V8 putting out around 350hp and 650ft/lbs.

And supposedly from one of the GM workers on the other forum I'm on, he said its being powered with the dummy diesel so the thing doesn't even have to worry about EMPs.

if its diesel it should be the 6.6 duramax, it says it gets 8 mpg. those wheels look like fricken 10 lugs.

Well they don't really give any specifics. Apart from there being actual blood on board I could have guessed everything that's on that cutaway.

For all we know those 8 inches or armor plating could be made of carbon nanotubes and able to withstand a nuclear explosion. I don't see why they'd go to all the trouble of making it to not use it at least around D.C. and wherever else it is the use the presidential limo.
