S14 Zenki Vs. Kouki Thread (Need Help Deciding)

So guys as you all know I am debating whether I should convert my S14 back to the Zenki look or keep the Kouki look. For most of you that doesn't know how the S14's look like, I have provided reference pictures on the bottom. I have always liked the Kouki but the Zenki isn't that bad as well. I want everyone's opinion on the personal style they prefer. This would help me a lot and make my decision timing shorter. Thank you! :mrgreen:

Done right, a Zenki could look sooooo good. The Kouki just looks ****ing badass.

Personally I like kouki's a LOT more. HOWEVER, if a zenki is done right it can be sexy as well. Stock for stock, kouki, they are just meaner looking. I vote kouki.

there are differences in tail lights. the zenki tail lights look similar-ish with the 240sx hatchback tail lights. to me its just a little more modified. the kouki tail lights are balling and i wish i can snage me one of those...

dude kouki is where its at. i love the sharp lines of the kouki as opposed to the rounded zenki lights. also the front bumper lookes way better. all in all the kouki has a better styling then the zenki in my opinion

i prefer the kouki because it is more aggressive and if you were building more of a street type race car go for that. If you want a super clean look that may be a little more sleeperish, go for the zenki.

I may be a little bias but Kouki > s15 > zenki. I love all s14s. There is a good chance I will own a top notch kouki model in the not to distant future.

my kouki was my favorite of all six 240's i've owned...

but, personally my favorite styling on the 240 is the silvia brick front end on an s13 coupe,

I like a well done Zenki a helluva lot more than a well done Kouki. That said, a Kouki is pretty easy to make look good. As long as you don't do anything super wack to it pretty much, you'll have it looking good. Zenkis though, they are hard to execute but man when they are executed right they look gangstar as ****. There are only a handful of Zenkis in the US though that I've ever impressed by which kind of gives you an idea why I like a well done Zenki a lot more than a Kouki.

well i figured Zenki's need one hell of a face-lift to be aggressive. Kouki's on the other hand requires less and i have always liked the Kouki projector lights over the Zenki's plastic ones :roll:

Kouki def has the more aggresive front end no doubt. Seems everyone prefers that. SO, I would pick the Zenki.

In the past I would have said Kouki. But now that I own a Zenki the front end is already growing on me.
Kind of like the bugeyes of my subaru. The only thing I dont like about the Kouki is how the turn signals
seem to tilt upwards in pictures.

It's all just opinions. I would never buy an s14, they are nice, but I just like s13's more. Sure I could go out and get one, just no desire to. Kouki's definitely hold onto that rarity factor so that is one thing to look at. I think they both look nice, I just kinda like the zenki more.

i was thinkin bout that but i need money for more performance factors. gonna go ka-t before the summer and thinking the zenki but if i can sell my zenki parts i guess i might as well go kouki

I wish there was a blend between the two. The Kouki looks like it doesnt belong on the car. I wish they had some nicer aftermarket headlights for Zenki.

im persoanlly loving the zenki but its totally up to you everyone has there own unique things they love i dont see very many zenkis where im from theres one around town and we have about 6-7 s14s and about 5 s13s
