I am ****ing fed up. First the guy tells me the brackets he is sending me are drilled for Recaro Universal sliders. So I go and buy sliders. Tell them I need Recaro universals, they tell me Sparcos will work. Drive 40 mins up and back in the pouring rain/sleet, they don't fit. Drive 40 mins the next day and they get custom drilled, and fit on the bottom of the seats. Great, I have sliders on my seats.

Get my brackets in today, and guess what. The Sparco sliders and brackets I have are NO WHERE CLOSE to fitting. I got my passenger side in... if you want to call it that...

The driverside is useless. I can't get **** to line up and I don't feel comfortable drilling holes in this one because they are pretty damn far off.

How much for one of you guys to secure my sliders to my brackets, so I can put these pieces of crap in my car.

Ugh.

Have:

Recaro SRD seats
Sparco Universal sliders, mounted on the bottom. with a custom drill pattern.
Wedge Engineering seat brackets... lol... not even close to what I need.... but drilled already once

Also. Please note that I am not talking bad on JDM Elite.

haha, the seats are "in" but I would like for a shop to double check and make sure it's safe. Im calmer than earlier... but still kinda mad.

I do understand with stuff like this, you're going to HAVE to "make it work" because its universal stuff.. i guess i just wasnt careful enough haha.

I would have JMF Look at it. They have years of experience with seat brackets from doing roll cages and such. Plus, they're relatively local so you don't have to drive far with your ass sliding around the driver side floor:lol:

haha yeah I hear ya. I'll either go there or R/T... maybe JnZ too.

both seats are solid and secure. It's the slider -> bracket I am worried about. We'll see how it goes.
