civic sedan, possibly a type r?

on city line ave in bala cynwyd near st joes. i was smoking a cigarette and a grey civic rolled by, first-- i didnt think anything of it.. then it hit me... maybe a Type-R? i didnt see a spoiler tho. the only reason why i think it's a type r is because it had the new front headlights and tail lights.. anyone else see it?

chances of it being an fd2 are VERY SLIM and NONE. since they didn't produce/sell the 4 door R's anywhere but japan. could have been shipped over but chances are; it was just a new sedan with a R front end. pretty cool if it is. .

09 has the new front, but the headlights havent changed and look nothing like the jdm pieces.

no type-r in us, mugen is fiji blue. so most likely a 09 4dr. nothing special.

yea the front end does look like this.. and tail lights were different also. doesnt look like the regular 06-08 sedans. just got excited for a minute.. eheh

It's not a stock front bumper, its a INGS kit on a JDM FD2

Most likely you saw a USDM FA5 with a CSX or Type R front clip, even so that's cool.

maybe it was a acura csx i saw a baby blue acura csx in wilwood this past summer it had maryland tags i guess people buy them from canada and now people can do conversions to the fa5 which is really expensive i think somethin around 6k-8k for the whole conversion thats still pretty cool though

the reflectors inside did, but the shape hasnt changed to make it look like the csx and fd's
