Well, I already crashed the new WRX.
I was driving home tonight and it was snowing. It was a long 2 hour ride home tonight... although it was nice to see people were going cautious and going about 10 mph.
Well, about two miles from where I live is an intersection of 145 and Main St. in Walnutport. I'm coming down the hill, I cross over the traffic light and this driver in what looked like a red honda civic never stopped at the yield. Lovely. So me being freaked out, I hit the brakes a little hard... I managed to miss the stupid driver, but my passenger rear tire hit the curb pretty hard.
The driver in the civic never stopped or slowed down... so I went to go after him and I was pretty much driving sideways so I stopped at a fire hall and called 911.
I cant believe I didn't get his license plate... it never crossed my mind. I just wanted to take a wrench to his forehead. Toretto style.
The cop was very cool at least. Said he loved the car and was looking to buy one himself lol. After I did a quick look over, it looks like my rear lateral link/control arm is the culprit. It pretty much looks like a U.
It just freakin' sucks... the first rear snow covering the ground and I was looking forward to take the car into the parking lot and taking out to christen it.
Sigh, I guess its a good time to at least upgrade some parts?
