Ive been slacking on my photog skills lately but am getting back into it a little. Looking forward to some cold winter shooting ;)

looks like the owners been collecting hubcaps? there use to be a guy on grant, close to academy that use to sell hubcaps from a truck couple years ago.

the van is near the infamous "satanville" and its filled with hubcaps and rust.....mostly rust though

I think the framing of your first two shots is off. My eyes are drawn to the red graffiti and its cut off at the top. The window in the second pic is cut off. The duck pic is the best (for the visual weight) IMO.

yea i know absolutley nothing about photography, but i will say that it took a few times looking at the pictures to realize what the first two were, a more open shot would be more appealing to my eye..but like i said..my eye sucks so good job none the less, that thing looks like it had a hard paper route lol

make sure that you read up on the rule of thirds...it will really help with any future framing, but i agree, the first two photos have bad focal point positioning
edit: looking at them again, seems like you were kinda using the rule, but like what was mentioned, you cut off some portions of the main focus of both shots

ya ive taken like 5 photo classes haha so i know all the rules. I know what your saying about the focal point though, i guess i need to get back out there.

rules are made to be broken imo. i like the first one.
