So I've been collecting parts to go KA-T with my 240. Here is my list, tell me if I'm missing anything. I can't think of anything I'm missing but I want input.

What I currently have:

38mm Tial Wastegate

STi 550cc Injectors

Walbro 255lph fuel pump

AEM UEGO Wideband

Apex'i AFC NEO

t3/t4 turbo

Front Mount

BOV

What I still need:

Turbo Manifold

Z32 MAF

Braided Oil Feed Line

Downpipe

Boost Gauge

Fuel Pressure Regulator

Clutch

Am I missing anything?? I think I may ditch the t3/t4 and just do a t2 set up. Cheap turbos, easy to find manifolds, will make more then enough boost for my application. (you figure a t25 is good for 15psi max, more like 12-13 consistently, I'm only running like 8lbs)

Fuel pressure regulator. You mentioned feed line so Im sure you know return line too. I would get a heat shield for the master cylinder too but that's just me. Gauges? Dump tube for wastegate? I was able to without using one but a vacuum block.

Thank you. I was actually planning on making my own dump tube. I completely never even thought about a FPR. As for the master cylinder, I think I'm going to use that gold wrap for it. I have an oil pressure guage, all I really need is a boost guage, which I forgot to put on my list.

If you haven't changed your fuel lines(rubber), I would get those done as well.

Yeah I have a heat shield and a bunch of exhaust wrap around my MC but I also have a top mount with the downpipe sitting right there. Besides all that I think you have everything you need. I'm also assuming you already have exhaust and test pipe or high flow cat.

I don't know if the neo can adjust spark but I'd look into that as well.

Yea I have 3" custom exhaust all the way back. For spark, I'm just going with the amount of adjustment on the distributor, as I'm not really looking to make too much horsepower. Only gonna run like 7-8psi or so.

Bring the car to that place called Import DPS. Rumor has it, they have the fastest KA-T in the world with over 17 years of experience building one ;)

Get one of the of those heat screens for your hood and heat shield for your brake master cylinder

If you go for a buttom mount might as well protect your distributor

That would be one hell of a race. Ivan is 110% one of the innovators just like us when it comes to pioneering the KA-T movement. He is a beast!!

i would get the motor rebuilt before turboing it. or get another KA motor and build that one

**no such thing as ENOUGH boost**

thats why I'm only running like 8lbs.

yo dan you dont really need a fuel pressure reg. just run that walbro

and uh, you can have that tinted boost gauge back if u want it. i never used it lol

also, what kinda turbo do you have? does it have the exhaust housing on it? you might need a flange or something when you make a downpipe... and your gonna need to weld in another bung for the wideband.

also, your gonna need to take the oil pan off and weld on a bung for the turbos oil drain.

lets see ... what else... i dont think you will need any special heatsheilds, just put some spacers and longer bolts on your hood hinges so the heat flows out

youll need to ditch that open rear

and you definatly wont need a Z32 mafs for your setup. save your money and get a maxima mafs for a few bucks. i probly even have an extra one layin around for you

youll most likely want to ditch your a/c if you havent already

i forget where your battery is, but it might be easiest to jam it in the trunk to make room for I/C piping (but i think you might have already done that)

cant think of much else off the top of my head.

oh. someone said get a tune. i agree 100% .i got a rom tune and it made my car feel soooo much better. then you wont even need the afc neo unless you want to use it for fine tuning. you can get a decent rom tune for very cheap . i think mine was like $75 to send it in, get chipped and socketed or whatever, and a tune according to the list of mods i sent with it

just remembered it was EMANCE who did my ECU. dude hooks it up!
