Bryan FYI there arent may discounts for the Iphones. what you should do is give them a FAN number when you go sign up. they are discount codes. I told them i worked for G&E and i got about 15% off each month. Im sure i could find the code somewhere.

If there's a way to get a discount on plans that will work then sure let me know... after speaking to someone tonight he said he has to verify that you work with the place for the discount to work so there's no faking.

x2 my daughter took my 1st gen iphone into the tub with her... :cry::cry: Needless to say i went out and got the 3g and fell in love all over again!.

Btw, 8gb 3g was a steal at 200$.

I work for At&T but sadly I'm a manager of a tech center so i won't make any commision anyway. But I can tell you one thing. Read first about the iPhone before picking one up. They are great phones but honestly they are 80% Toy 20% Phone. Yes they do alot more than other phones but it comes at a price. The voice quality and reception for the iphone isn't the greatest and it drops calls nonstop. I personally have 2 phones a Sprint Blackberry Pearl and a ATT Cell and I love the Blackberry.

the place where he worked (he might have changed stores) is not an at&t store just an authorized at&t dealer aka no iphone. I was in there last week and wound up getting a samsung propel.

Good luck with trying to get a discount. This is Apple we're talking about. The same company that gives you unlimited data plan, but charges 20bucks to send text messages.

I used to sell Apple products at my last job. Every company we carried would sell us gear at cost, except for Apple. They made you take a 5 page test, and if you passed you MAYBE got 10-20% off.

if you go to KOP mall, in the bigger part Plaza I think....my old manager John works at the store. Hes the assistant manager of the store. I dont think you will get a discount on a new iphone at any At&t store. You can def get a discount on the monthly plan if the company you work for gets a discount. He may be able to work with the price of another phone if you find it online somewhere for cheaper they will do a price match.

Yeah I know it would be impossible to get a discount on the phone itself, and I'm not asking for any 'favors' on the plan either... just someone who knows their **** and if there's a promotion here or there for % off or extra minutes per month or whatever, just to let me know and set me up with it.
I'm gonna get in touch with WRX27 though and see what he has to say... thanks for all the responses.
