I'm looking for a good place in Jersey to mount a 215/40 on 17x9 +15 wheel and a 225/40 on a 18x9.5 +10 wheel. I've heard too many horror stories about people getting their wheels damaged when they take go to big name tire places like Goodyear or Firestone.
I would also NOT like to hear your opinions on running stretched tires. I've searched on here and I see that many of you aren't very particular to running them.
Thanks in advance !

My advice? Mount them yourself, then take them to get balanced.

I would think that most standard tire shops would not mount them for you since you are going with such a big stretch and inherent liability reasons. I would think that any performance shop, esp ones that deal with drifters would have no problem mounting them for you.

I've seen "youtube how to" videos of mounting stretched tires but I have a hard time trusting myself to do it. Thanks though lol.

Hmmm sounds like a good plan. I dunno any real drift shops in my area though.

Make a post in the networking section, and ask for a shop near you. We got a ton of vendors on here all over the place man. good luck!
